AGE RELATED RESTRICTIONS:
+ I understand and agree that bookings for botox (botulinum toxin), fillers, any other injectable and tattooing, are ONLY to be performed on persons over the age of 18. This appointment is NOT an agreement of your booking, confirmation of your booking, or an arrangement of your booking as it is subject to checks to confirm you are over the legal age of 18 (to comply with the 'Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021'). Your booking will be arranged and confirmed when you have supplied proof of your age via documents or digital ID, prior to arranging your appointment/booking or visiting the clinic.
BOOKINGS:
+ All bookings are made via the online booking system above.
+ ALL appointments require a (non-refundable) booking fee to secure your slot.
+ The booking fee will be taken off the cost of the treatment. Should Alison decide you are an unsuitable candidate for any procedure (i.e you need surgery only), your booking fee will be refunded. If you just decide not to go ahead, you will lose the booking fee.
BOOKING FEES:
+ All booking fees are non-refundable; except if we agree you are an unsuitable candidate for a procedure, where this will be refunded back to you.
+ If you want to rearrange an appointment once you have paid your booking fee following a consultation, you have one month to redeem that appointment. If you do not rearrange and redeem your appointment within that one month timeframe, you will lose your booking fee and will have to pay this again for another appointment outside of that one month frame. You may rearrange only ONCE.
+ If you have booked a 'Biostimulation' treatment, 50% (£250) is due at the time of booking as fresh product is purchased for each client. This is non-refundable under any circumstances.
MISSED/NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS:
+ A missed/no show appointment will result in a loss of the booking fee AND the remainder of the procedure booked, will be charged in full to your card - no exceptions.
+ You will NOT be able to rebook or reschedule unless another booking fee is paid for a new appointment - no exceptions.
+ If you book or have booked an "Anti-Wrinkle/Botox; 2-3 Week Review" appointment and you 'no-show' or give notice of cancellation on the day, your card will automatically be charged £50 for loss of time and business. If you give notice of cancellation any time up until midnight of the day before, you will not incur any charges. By booking this appointment on the system, you agree to these terms and conditions.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES:
+ You are able to reschedule your appointment on the booking system (there is a link to do this on the confirmation email you will have been emailed at the time of booking) anytime before 48hrs. The booking fee will still go towards your treatment. You may reschedule only ONCE.
+ If you cancel your appointment with 48hrs or less to go, you will lose your booking fee - no exceptions.
+ If you cancel your appointment anytime before 48hrs without rescheduling a new one (to be taken within one month of the original appointment date), you will lose your booking fee - no exceptions. You may reschedule only ONCE.
REFUNDS:
+ No refunds or partial refunds will be given under any circumstances.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
+ All injectable and permanent makeup procedures require the client to be over 18 years old. No exceptions. You will be asked for I.D if you look under 18.
+ STRICTLY NO CHILDREN/BABIES are allowed on the premises due to the nature of the treatments. If you arrive with any persons under the age of 16, you appointment will not proceed and you will lose your booking fee. Under Broadland District Council regulations and insurance, there are no exceptions to this.
PAYMENTS:
+ Payment for services will be made at the time of the appointment.
+ All major credit and debit cards are accepted with a card machine.
+ Bank transfers also accepted.
+ Cash is NO longer accepted.

Coming By Bus?
If you are coming via the bus, Alisons clinic is very easy to get too. You will need to get the number 28 - which is the yellow line.
Click HERE to download the number 28 timetable and stops.
The Number 28 runs from the City Centre, all the way to the top of her road; Broadgate.
You can also get the Number 29 but it drops you off a little further away from my road - maybe an extra few minutes walk.
Once the bus has gone past 'The Silver Fox' pub, mini Tesco and a Lloyds pharmacy (all on the right), it will turn off Fakenham Road and into Kingswood avenue.
You will want to get off as soon as it turns into Kingswood Ave.
You will then be (more or less) standing right at the top of Broadgate.
The clinic is around a 1 minute walk from the bus stop and is on the left hand side.
To go home, the bus stop you need is directly opposite the one you will have gotten off of - you can't miss it.
