All PMU consultations are performed on the day of the treatment. If you feel unsure about booking or which treatment you’d like, I do offer separate consultations at a cost of £50 – this will then be taken off your chosen treatment.
All bookings are subject to a £50/£20 non-refundable deposit.

Terms & Conditions
+ All bookings are made via the online booking system above or by email:
+ All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. If you have not paid a deposit, your appointment does not stand. £20 deposit for all skin appointments and £50 for all permanent makeup appointments. This amount respectively will be taken off the cost of the treatment.
+ All deposits are non-refundable.
+ All treatments require a deposit.
+ If you want to rearrange an appointment, you have 1 month to do so or you will lose your deposit.
+ If you cancel your appointment without rearranging a new one, you will lose your deposit.
+ A missed appointment will result in a loss of the deposit and you will NOT be able to rebook unless another deposit is paid for a new appointment.
+ All clients will be required to have a patch test at least 24hrs before any permanent makeup procedure. I am very strict on this, even though you may have had previous permanent makeup by another artist - sorry.
For convenience, these are usually posted out via the Royal Mail. Alternatively if a separate consultation is booked, a patch test will be performed by me at the time.
+ All permanent makeup procedures require the client to be over 18 years old.
+ All permanent makeup treatments, chemical skin peels, microneedling and some aspects of the facials I offer cannot be performed on a pregnant or breastfeeding woman.
+ No refunds will be given whatsoever.
PRE AND POST TREATMENT CARE:
+ All pre and post forms will be emailed to the client ahead of the service booked. It is the clients responsibility to follow said pre and post care information for the best possible outcomes.
